"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! "Beyond impressed with this hotel. Super clean, and my room shower had constant water pressure and hot water with no issues. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus, Paddington Railway station and the tube is only a 3 min walk from the hotel. There are so many amenities around the hotel, nothing to worry about. "
