"Great location for sight seeing and shopping with great connections for public transport as very close to tram and metro.Rooms where very clean and comfortable and a great shower as well. Breakfast was ample and a had a good selection to set you for the day ahead. Staff were all pleasant and helpful at all times. Fully recommened and would certainly stay again."

"Beautiful hotel and we were well looked after by reception. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served before us (and no it wasn’t busy!) Need to up their game in the restaurant but overall a really nice stay with a picture postcard view. "
