"The male receptionist who checked us in yesterday (we arrived around 5) and who then took our order for dinner later on was really impressive, so professional and friendly - I didn't catch his name but he should definitely be commended. All of the waiting staff were also very good. We picked the hotel purely for its location but were very pleased indeed with the hotel experience overall having not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for many years. Thank you."

"2nd trip & staff were as amazingly friendly as 1st time. Like EXCEPTIONAL. they are the stand out memory from both visits . Rooms are lovey. Pretty beds but a bit short for those over 6ft. The lounge is beautiful & peaceful "

"Excellent choice of hotel for purpose of our visit. Although busy the hotel was quiet so sleep was undisturbed. We chose a room with a kitchen and it was equipped with all that was required. Access to transport links was so easy. Large shopping mall with numerous shops, cinema and eating outlets right on the doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. . "

"Never got to stay here. Front desk said they don’t have my reservation even tho I paid for it. The lady was extremely rude with an attitude also. After being on a plane for 7 hours, all I wanted to do was rest. I should’ve listened to the other reviews that said they don’t honor their reservations. It’s completely true. "
