"Lovely place to stay. We actually added another 2 nights it was so relaxing. Elenor on reception was very helpful. Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook."

"Our stay was perfect. Long drive down and needed a break. Welcome very friendly quick checkin. Room nice clean spacious along with en-suite.food was very good lovely weather and we sat outside and relaxed. Nice seating area. "

"The reception were very helpful with finding a suitable room for us as my husband has reduced mobility . Amelia was a lovely , waitress . Staff were so pleasant , room in main building spacious with a pretty view. Buffet breakfast was very good and gardens are beautiful . Terrace outside is gorgeous in the sunshine . "

"Although looking like you’d arrived in some post apocalyptic horror movie when you drive into the car park once inside the property all looked modern and clean. Even had a view of bunnies and geese from the window of our room. Staff were welcoming and complimentary snacks and water in the room made for a delightful stay visiting friends locally. "

"This is a great hotel, well placed to access shops and eateries. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are well decorated and have efficient Aircon. The breakfast offers a good selection of cooked and continental offerings."
