Hotel should not make customers wait if they have rooms available. Plenty of other hotels near the Airport for me to stay at"

"This hotel is a must from the location to the helpfulness of all the staff we were here with family 11 in total. Check-in was made very easy. Concierge every question /problem we had they sorted . Business centre printed labels for us again nothing to much trouble. The pool area is great and the staff keeping it clean and tidy. This hotel is a perfect stop visiting LA location and sights over looking Hollywood sign "
