"The best hotel near in Soho. Location is the best to access entire Manhattan and Brooklyn. Hotel services was amazing with continental coffee and bread. Staff were super nice. So fashionable entrance. Only one thing I can say negative is Manhattan is super noisy all of the time. Highly recommend to bring ear cap to have better sleep. "

"Everything you need for a short stay in the heart of NYC! Just steps from all major trains and right across from Eataly (amazing coffee, pastries, and other Italian goodies.) The rooms are small (hey, it’s Manhattan!), but cozy and efficient. Heads-up: showers are shared, so pack some flip-flops. Bonus: Fresh coffee and HOT tea all day long. Thank you for the excellent experience! "

"This is an amazing hotel, we loved staying here. The location is ideal, only 1 block away from the subway, 5th avenue and surrounded with amazing food options. We had drinks and dinner at the hotel and the experience was great too. The staff is great and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. My only comment is that the surfaces of the room were a bit dusty. "

"Like - the entire staff were very pleasant, friendly & helpful. We enjoyed both restaurants in the hotel, Vintage Green & Take Care. The atmosphere, servers, food and drinks were exceptional! Not Like - the room was comfortable but a bit stuffy in the evening. We had to sleep with the window opened 3 of the 4 nights whike we were there. Also, the bathroom, however spacious, needed something to place our toiletries on. The shower design was challenging as the water kept running over all over the...

"I wouldn’t recommend this property until the second elevator comes back online. The project started in January . To have a property with 19 floors of rooms and to rely on one elevator is crazy. We were there when the elevator broke down and walking up more than 10 flights is tiring. The room is small(to be expected) being in Manhattan, but clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic. We had read a lot of reviews about the lifts but were fortunate that we never had to wait long for one. Breakfast was ok, the cooked part was not great in my opinion but the other options bread/bagels/waffles, yoghurts and fruits etc were good. The room size was fine, there were 3 of us, my son slept on the pull out bed, it was not comfortable at all and for this reason we wouldnt stay at this hotel again."

Gorgeous views

"Gorgeous hotel! Staff was not very friendly or helpful, but we didn't need much support from them anyhow. The view from the room was incredible and we didn't want to leave it! The area around the hotel was dead/quiet but I'd bet it's more bustling during the rest of the year (we were here around the holidays). Not many late night eating/drinking options close by. "
