"Attending a show at NEC, first time staying at Arden Hotel. Arrived late evening to BHX, directions to hotel are unclear, but the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Railway station via NEC. Tip is follow the signs for Resort World and Arden Hotel is located effectively behind the BP Pulse Arena, on the opposite side of the railway. You need to walk through a Car Park (6?), over the railway via the footpath beside the dual carriageway and to the Hotel. Maybe not ideal with heavy luggage,...

"We stayed in a suite, which was spacious & nicely laid out. Decor very cosy. Bathroom was fairly new & nice tiles & rainfall shower. Only slight negative was that the shower was slow to drain - but it is a beautiful old building. "
