"rooms feel a bit tired and on arrival very very hot, took a day to manage to turn th radiator off which made it cooler but still on the warm side, maybe it was. Cause we were on the 6th floor. The staff were lovely and although unable to offer an upgrade for my daughter’s 21st birthday, they did provide a cake, lovely hand written card and some wine which was really appreciated. The food at breakfast was good, noticeably less on the Monday than the weekend.. overall, I would stay there again as...
