Eateries and supermarket convenience. Shared laundry handy. Bathroom gets wet from shower. Flush behind toilet seat & cover annoying. Housekeeping useful. 😐neutral face. Would try elsewhere if there's a next time in London"

We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff.
