"Quiet hotel, welcoming staff and service . Good location "

"What a great hotel this is. The staff was so nice - every single one of them. Rooms are great, place is spotlessly clean. We bought the breakfast, good idea there as they have a small German buffet AND you can order a meal off the menu like Eggs Benedict or whatever. Location was perfect for us, not too busy of an area but walkable to many things."

"The staff was excellent! They helped us with all of our questions. The only thing that was a problem was the homeless people sleeping near the front door. The outdoor area in front of the hotel (table & chair area) should be closed off at night. There were several homeless people making their home for the night & it didn't feel safe to pass them while getting to the front door, as it was locked & we had to get buzzed in by the staff. "

"Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Spa and pool are lovely, and it’s convenient to have so many restaurants in the lobby. Staff at times can be a bit dismissive and uppity, but most are nice. Keep in mind since it’s a members club too, so it is especially crowded on Thursday and Friday. I will say the neighborhood is nice but it isn’t charming as it is surrounding by banking and business buildings, so if you’re someone who loves a local cafe and shopping, I would recommend looking elsewhere and maybe getting a drink at the Ned. Lobby has great jazz and entertainment. Overall good experience. "
