"On the whole this was a beautiful hotel and staff were mostly lovely. Shockingly, we did experience an extraordinarily rude waiter on the first morning - I’ve never experienced anything like it - fortunately other staff were lovely. Also when we arrived, there was a bit of a delay and we were asked to wait - we were offered complimentary drinks- a nice gesture but they took an age to arrive and we had to chase it up - not a great first impression."

"Easy check-in. They got me in a room early at 10:00 a.m. because they had a room ready, which was wonderful. Staff is very helpful and service-oriented.
