"Communication appalling It’s a house with lots of rooms. Couldn’t find room 6 because it was in a building at the back of the garden with a double bed and a bunk bed. No bathroom. No toilet. No kitchen. Temperature was 10.5 degrees! Absolutely the worst place I have seen. Didn’t stay and I am waiting for a full refund "

"We arrived bang on 5pm, I had messaged through the app to get instructions on check in, no reply. Their number is a Pakistani number, no luck with that either. We waited for 3 hours before hotels.com finally managed a hotel to relocate to. Do not book this, it is non existent and how hotels.com allow this to be advertised on their website is ridiculous. "

"I stayed in the tiny room, which was really well designed with the bathroom in what looked like a cupboard from the outside. It was comfortable and very clean. Good location close to victoria but it wasnt on a busy road so i slept well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. "
