"Overall the hotel is a nice stay I was on business a lot of time in the meetings in another. There were few niggles most annoying the Wi-Fi was not strong enough in the room but broke off in 20 seconds after connecting. As this was a work trip I was lost late in the night and mornings to connect and work spoke to the staff at reception and it clearly was in denial there was a known problem as quick response it could not be rectified. The other issue was the shower a rain shower head no idea how...

The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! If you enjoy breakfast, you're in for a treat... outstanding. "

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."
