There are no other hotels nearby and to its credit it is much cheaper than other options so you're not expecting the best. However it is getting worse: dirtier, rooms need repairs, hall smells like weed now

The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient and the facility and room were very clean, but definitely showing its age with stained ceiling tiles etc. The heat in the room did not work properly, the common areas were freezing cold and the water in the shower ran hot and cold randomly. The restaurant was a disaster. They advertised breakfast and a buffet. We waited for a half hour to order a cup of coffee because they had none of the items on the menu.

They booked us in an old room, spring beds, rust in all the lamps, super hard pillows, small tv, smelt musty, I complained and asked for a comp for breakfast and they changed our room stating there were plenty of nicer rooms, not sure why they would even put us in a crappy room to begin with. The new room was way better, however there was someone playing extremely loud music until 2 am, they told them to turn it down and they did not, apparently they were repeatedly told with no avail, not sure why they let the guest continue to have the music they had alot of complaints, could they not charge them? $$$$ anyway, would not stay again, dumpy place. Don’t bother, for $200 there’s much nicer places.

Booked my crew here while doing a job for 9 days to have quick access to a jobsite. One room had no hot water for 4 days despite telling the front desk, we eventually just fixed it ourselves.

Checked into my room and there was a half eaten pizza in a box on the night table. This place is not very clean even the exterior is riddled with cigarette butts.

The hotel was great for the price. There was a beautiful walking trail by the hotel. There was also a lovely market and tims right across the street. Only a $20 uber away from downtown. My only advice is to NOT eat at the restaurant for dinner.

This hotel was very accommodating. We stayed there for the Taylor Swift concert the only part about this hotel that was disappointing was how far it was from downtown. We had to Uber everywhere. The hotel itself was really great though! If you don’t mind ubering this is a great place to stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The reason for my overall room cleanliness was I think that the room could have used a good periodic cleaning for things not on the usual cleaning schedule.

I have stayed in countless hotels around the world and this "resort" was by far the worst. I have never had all of the bed pillows smell of bed head where I couldn't sleep on them without an article of my clothing between me and the pillow. When I arrived and immediately used the restroom after a 12.5 hour journey there weren't any bars of soap and the pump body wash was also out in the shower. When I went to get some from the front desk, I was told it should be there. Well, it wasn't. Eventually, they gave us two bars of soap but never refilled the bodywash, shampoo, or conditioner pumps in the shower. It was hard to get three washcloths for the 3 guests in the room. One manager just opened our room while were still in it, without knocking, to begin yelling at the maid, "You didn't clean this room - people are still in there!" No apologies were made. All of the furniture was old and nothing like the photos. You should see the outdoor pool compared to the photos on the website as well. The Bistro and Restaurant are a joke compared to how it is advertised as well. This was NO resort by any stretch of the imagination and it was highly disappointing.
