"The hotel left a lot to be desired for quality of linens, thermostat control, as well as staff friendliness. My room smelled and the elevators were functionally inconsistent. The standout employee was my housekeeper. I am grateful I had a bathtub. I can’t speak to the gym. And a complaint if corporate is reading-please bring back room service. It is a hotel that serves as a port not as a regenerative reprieve. "

"Check in/Check out was very easy. Quickly dropped my bags off to go explore until my room was ready. The room is a great size. Much bigger than the rooms I've typically stayed at in NYC. Large bathroom with tub. The proximity to the subway station can't be beat. I also did two runs around the city, including the Brooklyn Bridge which is easy to get to. Plenty of coffee shops in the area, as well as food. Room was clean. Elevators are a little slow, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay...
