"Very different than the “all inclusive, mega resort experience”. A very basic, simple, quiet atmosphere. ALL staff (especially Nicholas, Alberto, Javier, Wilberth) were wonderful and willing to help in any way. Accommodations were very basic, but clean with very comfortable bed. No TV which was fine and added to the “In the jungle, eco-conscious “ vibe. You are not allowed to bring in any plastic / glass/ cans (national park rules….the hotel is in the park) which prevents putting outside beer /...

"Absolutely perfect for a no-frills beach trip. The staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. Service was great and the staff also was great at sharing local info and recommendations. Couldn’t be easier to walk out of your hotel room and onto the beach with a full bar and cozy beach beds. Gave four stars on facilities only because the AC was down one night because of a power outage so that was a hot night, but was there for 5 nights total with no issues. "
