"10 stars absolutely! Stayed for 5 perfect nights, room was always clean and had great sleeps, we enoyed the personal bath once you figure out the water it is great ! The hotel is close to main strip with lots of restaurants and shops, ask staff about near by cenotes and lagoons! The people here are exceptional! Always eager to help with a big smile! Beatrice and “EL” at the cafe are phenomenal people and the food is incredible, would come back again and would definitely recommend! Thank you...

"After a 2 night stay farther south in Tulum, we needed to upgrade. We booked an oceanfront room. We were very satisfied. The check-in felt very upscale. Unfortunately, as at most AI’s, they will not give your room until after check-in time. For us about 3:15. But, you are free to use all the facilities. "

"The room was amazing! I love the host and the room but to be honest I will stay in the hotel zone as taxis are super expensive and the best things to do are the ruins (in either location you will have to bike or take a taxi) and walk down the hotel zone. If you choose to stay in the town there is not a better place than this hotel. It is conveniently located between the bus stops and the environment is great! "

"Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water."

"Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. "
