"Hotel was conveniently located in terminal. Check in was a challenge as we were directed to self check in terminals which were not user friendly in the slightest. So much easier to queue and have a person help check you in. We didn’t have plugs to charge our devices but the hotel were helpful in supplying these. Hotel rooms were functional but in need of a facelift. Would recommend because of the convenience of the hotels location. "

"We loved our stay here! Around the corner is a 24-7 7/11 and Family Marts, and being next to the Kyobashi train station on the Ginza line was the best decision ever.
