"There are mixed reviews here. The hotel is amazing. The kids walked in and were in awe. Are the rooms dated, yes. It’s an old hotel but you would not know from the downstairs. The bathrooms in the room a could use a little pick me up but the stay was awesome and room itself was clean. Would def come back! "

The room was comfortable and even though very small (as is the norm in NYC), you could tell a lot of thought had gone into the design and maximising storage and hanging space. "The hotel is in a great location, and everything else was good, but the lobby is a huge disappointment. I can’t believe how it’s set up. They keep the door open, and today, for example, it was only 28°F (below 0°C). People are constantly coming in and out, so the door stays open more than it’s closed. "My husband and I had a great time at the Westin for our first ever trip to NYC. Staying in Times Square was convenient and felt safe. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean. We really enjoyed the complementary tickets to see the Statue of Liberty. We will be back and will stat at the Westin again!"

"The location of the hotel is amazing! Right in between Wall Street and the One World Trade Center, and outside of the busy hustle and bustle of Times Square. When we arrived it did take a few minutes for our room to be ready, but once in our room it was amazing! Plenty of space, clean, and more of a studio feel than a typical hotel room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC & will definitely stay here again "
