Clearly not a 5* in EU Or in USA but in Cuba yes. Noisy room, they dont offer other room.. lots of food nice on the pictures but the quality not the best. Beach is nice.

I found the food to be pleasantly better than I was expecting. I love to eat so this was a huge surprise in the best way. We did the buffet for breakfast and lunch, also tried the Mexican, Caribbean and Italian restaurants for dinner. I highly recommend avoiding the Italian restaurant. You can get better tasting pasta at the buffet which is more fresh/made to order :) Out of 6 of us, 5 loved what they got at the Caribbean restaurant. I also found it to be the best ambience and layout! The server that we had that night was very awesome as well. The Mexican was decent, I was a little disappointed with no guacamole as it is a Mexican place but otherwise it was enjoyable. We didn't get a chance to try the others. Things need to be better set up for reservations or have more pagers available as it can be misleading how to get yourself into the restaurants. The ice cream is very good but could be better to stay open later... only 12-5. I found the mojitos to be a big disappointment compared to other places I have been in Cuba.. Mojitos are their staple! They should be amazing every time! They used fake lime juice which made everything taste a lot sweeter and more artificial. The beach was amazing. So beautiful and clean. The beds in the rooms were terrible.... So hard and springy. I got really bad sleeps at night and woke up very sore and stiff. Sadly this took away from me feeling rested after leaving this place. I probably wouldn't go back, although I really enjoyed some things.

В целом отель держится во всем 50 на 50. Персонал, кухня, бары, мебель и т.д. С мебелью по отелю все видно сразу - в лобби и на ресепе хорошая новая мебель; в номерах и общепите старая. С персоналом, питанием и коктейлям как повезет. Попадаются ребята с высоким уровнем навыков сервиса, но и неквалифицированных сотрудников тоже хватает. Еду готовят иногда прям хорошо, иногда не очень. То же самое и с коктейлями... рестораны аля карт - слабовато для названия ресторанов. Буфет заполнен качественной и свежей едой. Есть все на любой вкус. Гриль бар в плане еды не рекомендую. Там постоянно летают птицы, какают на столы, стулья и пытаются украсть еду. Залетают они и на кухню. Это же касается и общего буфета, но в меньшей степени. Там птицы ухитрились залетать вместе с проходящими через автодвери людьми. Пляж чистый и красивый. Лежаки и зонты удобно расположены. Зона делится на курящих и не курящих. Номера чистые и просторные, но старовато и мало света. Сантехника хорошая, но душ работает плохо и расположен в странном месте - мыться крайне неудобно. Постельное белье было всегда чистое, уборка хорошая, но не полотенца. Они всегда были с пятнами, это неприятно. Ну и подобное отношение во всех других критериях. Отелю нужно заняться своими управленцами (чтобы они подтянули некоторых ребят и довели всех до хорошего уровня) и обновить старую мебель и интерьер, чтобы закрыть все недостатки. На данный момент виден большой контраст. Поэтому не хорошо и не плохо.

Da das Hotel 7 Tage nach unserer Abreise wegen COVID-19 geschlossen wurde, verstehen wir, dass alle Dienstleistungen zurückgefahren wurden. Allerdings hätten wir erwartet, dass die Essensqualität einigermaßen garantiert wird, was absolut nicht der Fall war.

Однозначно не стоит запрашиваемых денег и не соответствует заявленному уровню. Красивая, большая территория, наличие нескольких ресторанов, но все это при отвратительном сервисе ( медленно и лениво) и старых номерах, с неработающей сантехникой, старой мебелью и насекомыми.

Une belle adresse !
Un très bon hôtel ! Tout le confort est présent malgré les difficultés d’approvisionnement sur Cuba. Le service est très bon. La plage superbe. Seul point de progrès : les chambres qui sont loin d’être vétustes mais mériteraient un petit refresh (notamment la salle de bain). Le complexe est étendu, avec des petits bâtiments qui ne nuisent pas trop au littoral.

Excellent hotel avec un excellent service (serveurs bars, rest, chambre...) Nourriture très bonne (plusieurs rest) Plage et mer magnifique Seul petit bemol : mobilier chbre un peu vieux (commode et porte qui craquent et electricite a revoir) Le service a l hotel de la plage serait mieux (plus rapide) Jardins magnifiques. Un vrai all inclusive avec des vrais cocktails !
