Later, when we needed directions to a local pharmacy, they were quick to help us out and checked in to make sure my husband was feeling better. Finally, when we needed to dash in order to make our trajn, they checked us out quickly in the midst of several parties waiting to check in."

"A lovely stay at this charming hotel on the Grand Canal. We had a Grand Canal View Room and we could see the Rialto Bridge from our room which was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our needs. Great central location and easy to get the water taxi (Alilaguna) to and from the airport, literally across the canal. The room itself was comfortable with lovely pillows and a great size, but could do with a paint touch up due to some marks on the walls. Be aware that due to its location, there are restaurants below you that play live music. They stopped by 11pm but something to be aware of. Overall, a great hotel and would be happy to stay here again next time we visited Venice!"
