"The staff were excellent and the hotel kept in touch about my stay and options for bag store after departure. The included continental breakfast was varied and generous. It was reasonably priced for the area which felt very safe. "

"The staff were all very friendly and helped me with some document printing (really appreciated). The location is close to Victoria station and coach station as we mainly had to access different spots via these two. They provided daily room service and free breakfast which were great things that made people save money and time. There was a Tesco Express nearby and some restaurants were good (Nandos…). If a luggage storage service is needed and a 24/7 reception would help your arrival, I do recommend this hotel to tourists. The quadruple room is big enough to accommodate 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage. The showroom is very small but that enlarges a big room space. No lifts in the hotel, if carrying heavy luggage or with little kids, it’s better to request for a ground floor or… Btw, when taking the free breakfast, Only take a drink on your own, cos the ladies will bring you toasts, jelly, eggs, veggie sausages, and baked beans with your preference (just sit and wait).😆"

"This hotel met our needs very well. It is close to Victoria Station, which made it convenient to the Underground, and thus all of London. The room was cozy (small-ish), but we were expecting that, and it was suitable for our needs - somewhere safe, clean, and affordable. The hotel staff were all friendly, pleasant, and helpful. We would stay here again."

"We stayed in the Wizard themed room… Such a lovely room and a great idea. Real HP experience including a wizard breakfast too. Special coins for the tuck shop which the kids loved. Our friends also stayed in the apartment which they loved too. "

"Amazing check in and service. Very royal, and location is unbeatable, close to all major landmarks and walk distance to the Palace. Right on Victoria station and 12 minutes to Paddington station, so is easy to get to both, Heathrow and Gatwick airports."
