"Great property. Bed comfortable rooms large and spacious. Decor is a little tired. Loved heated floors in bathroom. Great location can walk to everything. Breakfast was not great. Food average. Service first day was awful. Took forever. Stayed 3 nights. Concierge was great. Provided great recommendations for restaurants and helped with tickets for sites etc. Overall would recommend. "

"We had an incredible stay. The room was much larger than I expected. Very clean and the staff was awesome. The history of the hotel was very interesting. The hotel staff gives the kids a Top Secret mission at check in. My son loved searching the hotel for the answers. Also, the location was fantastic. Super close to food options, the Tube, Buckingham Palace and Parliament (just to name a few). I would definitely stay here again. "

"During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends. "
