"Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, I asked for a couple of extra items and they were so accommodating. Beautiful old building but now done to the highest standards. Fabulous breakfast too. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. This was my second visit. I hope to go there again soon. "

" The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. "Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

"The room in this Radisson Blu hotel is smaller compared to the Radisson Blu in other countries. It is an average hotel nothing special. The view from the room is also nothing special. The price is quite high compare to the other hotel. You will find better local hotels in the city center. "

"More concerned with its restaurant business than it's hotel. No hotel lobby, just a reception area for the restaurant. Nice room with a fireplace, located very close to the train station on the grounds of a small, melancholy park. "

"On arrival, it was a little confusing to find the location as it is set back from the satellite navigation location on the road. Once hotel was found, it was easy to park in the public car park and not too badly priced per day. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the cleaning staff are friendly. Since our holiday was in winter, we can only guess that mosquitoes are living in the air conditioning as we were bitten and mosquitoes were visibly flying around the room. Overall, we had a...

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it was great! Only downside is that there is no elevator. Thankfully I was on the first floor!"

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

Gorgeous spa hotel in central Bruges

"Dukes' Arches hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway in Bruges! We were away for my husband's 30th birthday, so I was looking for somewhere special - we had a premium double room in the main building, and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really comfortable. Staff at the hotel were also lovely, and really helpful. LOVED having a gym, sauna & steam room to use. Small city, so nice having these facilities for relaxing in the afternoon! Would highly recommend. "
