"The ten-minute walk to the Underground station might be a drawback for some, but the walk along the Thames and by the fascinating Battersea Power Plant was pleasant. The downside to the room was that the king-size bed was actually two twin beds placed side by side, linked together by a lumpy mattress pad. Front desk staff were very helpful and housekeeping was fine."

"The hotel is certainly not at its peak. It feels pretty tired and weirdly done out, they haven't really made the best of an amazing location. Staff were very nice and friendly, my room was big with a great bathroom and all very clean. For the price I paid it was a bargain but don't go expecting anything too swish."
