"This is a very comfortable, amazingly well stocked home that is easy walking distance to downtown Waxhaw and all the restaurants and shops located there, and if your pet accompanies you when you travel, this is an extremely welcoming property with a large fenced yard. Everything considered, this was one best rental experiences we've had. "

"The property was as described. Spacious with 3 beds a good size kitchen, and large gathering areas. Great screened in porch. The area was well positioned and very close to Waxhaw and surrounding areas. Definitely well described as a party house, a few blemishes that come with that title and are expected. The poker table was a big plus!"

"The property is exactly as pictured. The king size bed was very comfortable. Coffee was available with the use of a Keurig machine and coffee pods. Relaxing porch and living area. Everything needed was basically provided including laundry detergent and shower needs. The cottage was very close to several of our family members in the area including the wedding venue so it was the perfect location. The plus side of the home is that it is
