"For starters, finding a place for 10 people for this rate isn't easy, so all said, this is a great find for a larger group. Its an older place, beat up, but thats too be expected. Bottom line for all 10 of us: - Beds were comfy - AC is working, so nice to have. We needed it. - Location is great. 20 - 30 min walk to everything. - Host communicated very well with us - Everything worked, no issues. - Shower was hot Its a good deal if your a large group."

I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools.
