"Conveniently located for Haymarket station, and not far from the Meadows and Princes Street. Smartly-presented, clean and tidy hotel with wonderful, efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Room was a decent size with a surprisingly spacious bathroom; plenty of power outlets. Thanks to a comfortable bed, low external noise levels – despite looking down onto a busy road – and a superlative blackout curtain, I got a great night’s sleep. Excellent value for the price paid."

"We had a wonderful night’s sleep at this hotel and enjoyed a drink at the bar. There was security at night at the hotel and only guests were allowed to drink at the bar. The hotel is in a slightly rough area. That was the only downside. Otherwise it was wonderful "
