"Decent hotel "

"Nice hotel, nice clean spacious rooms, breakfast service slightly chaotic! My tea and juice was removed from my table whilst I went to the breakfast bar! "

"I love this hotel. Plenty of places to sit with a drink and books to browse. The room is cozy and the shower is great. My second stay and this may well be my second favourite hotel in Glasgow, the first being the Dakota, but much less expensive. "

"Overall happy with stay, Hotel in great location and all the staff friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area to relax and prices not too bad for a hotel. Room itself was ok but comfy. Bit rough around the edges, things like marks on walls and furniture. Other thing was buffet breakfast, when we arrived the things that were available had clearly been on hot plate too long, bacon and potato scones so hard could not eat. They were waiting to bring out scrambled and fried eggs but couldn’t wait as...

"The stay was average and I would more than likely look elsewhere next time. The room didnt have a menu for room service, called room service, no answer so I had to go and sit in the restaurant which I didnt want to do - One reason I picked the hotel was for the room service offering on the website..... I didnt get the typical Hilton cookie when arriving either. The tea and coffee wasnt in a place where there was a plug either, so I had to move the whole station. Not the normal standard...

"I did enjoy my stay and if you are attending the Hydro it is literally on the doorstep. In the morning of my stay there was a fire alarm and we all had to be evacuated outside. We were out a short while but when I returned I was told they had shut the restaurant and so i didn’t get a breakfast."

"It is a great location for exploring Edinburgh. Within walking distance of shops pubs and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return. "

"Was a lovely clean hotel & quiet. The only thing that was frustrating was the heating / AC didn’t work but when informing reception they delivered a heater as it was cold. "
