"Customer service is not what you’re paying for. It’s very much a self service boutique hotel. It’s very nice, clean, and minimalistic. It has what you need and it’s a beautifully decorated hotel. The area is ok not as close to everything as I would have liked, but easy to get a taxi. Being able to take a guitar to your room and having amps in your room is a very nice touch! Over all I would recommend it, just manage expectations. "

Our family had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms, room 20 I believe, experienced a LOT of noise from the loading dock of the hotel starting very early in the morning. Those in that room were awakened and unable to get back to sleep with the continued noise."
