"Comfortable stay in an excellent location. My single room was fine although the bathroom was a little cramped."

"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. When we checked out we reported it all again and where told that we should have...

"7 minute walk to closest train station. Rooms are pretty good size, but bathroom is small, especially the shower. Wasn’t able to control temperature in room but luckily the temperature was fine for our stay. "

"Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Otherwise a great room!"

"Lovely hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts are unfortunately another matter. Food was cold and not replenished quickly enough. No coffee or tea as machine broken. Shoud of had something else in place apart from that enjoyed our stay. "

"Perfect location across from Tube station with 3 lines. Room was very quiet at night, both windows opened, and the aircon worked. Lots of great restaurants and shops close. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom worn out, but lots of hot water and storage, both there and in bedroom. Very nice, efficient staff, good housekeeping. Bed and pillows clean but very hard. Still, I was tired, and slept well!"

"Staff is very helpful. Bathroom was very nice. There is a nice Indian restaurant across the street. Earls court tube station is a 4 min walk away. "
