"We had an amazing experience at The Gore London. The staff were all amazing and treated us with kindness and respect. We were very impressed by the service on many occasions through the day & night we were there. First of all we were able to check in a little early, they even gave us a room upgrade with a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us in the room. We had forgotten our phone chargers at home and they were kind enough to bring one up to our room, twice actually since we didn’t specify which we needed and at first it was the wrong type. We then ordered some food to the hotel from just eat and they kindly accepted our order at reception and even brought us a tray, plates & cutlery to eat with. All of this without even being asked or expected of them. The room was nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the bedding was so so soft, it actually felt like sleeping on a cloud. I am super super impressed and left the hotel feeling like a princess. That’s always a good thing, and makes me want to come back again and again. "

"Absolute god send. We booked another hotel which was very dirty and didn’t feel safe so we moved to this hotel. As soon as we walked it it felt safe and secure, super clean and cared for. Reception staff were amazing and we got a free cookie on checkin. Room was a great size and clean. Beds are firm but comfortable great after a day of walking. Location is brilliant opposite a tube station and near the shop "
