"Very nice hotel close to tube. Near several places to shop and eat. Also near Hyde Park. Front office staff very helpful and gave us a map and made suggestions. Air conditioner was wonderful in our room. Really liked having a fridge and safe in our room too. Very comfy bed. Shower worked really well. "

"Only issue was they only had one set of towels and when I went down to ask for more they never brought them up and 45 minutes later I had to go down and ask a second time and then they gave them right to me. Wish they had just done that the first time! "

"We really loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, updated, and clean. The shower was a great size for a London hotel and so was the bed! It’s a 10 minute walk to a tube station and very close to Victoria and Albert museum as well. 100% recommend"
