"Traveled as a family of 4 with young kids. The Bailey was a welcome site after a long flight. Jet lagged and tired, we got there at the time they said the room would be ready - but unfortunately they were running behind. Instead of making us wait too long they ended up finding another solution and upgraded us to a bigger room. It was so nice to see that kind of hospitality. The concierge and bell folks are great as is their front desk personnel. Easy walking around the area, lots of pubs and food places. Pharmacy which is often important when you have young ones is just around the corner. Place is easy, clean, and reliable. Bar and restaurant downstairs also a welcome treat. We were quite happy and would be back! "

"As someone who travels solo, the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were very helpful, and my room was kept in tip top shape for my entire stay. It was a short walk to the subway station and the grocery store and not far from the excellent Natural History Museum. The room was a little small and I had to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the television, but I would absolutely stay here again when next I’m in the area. "
