"Used the hotel for one night for a football game. Easy to get to from Lime St station (20 mins) and an easy enough walk to ground (30 mins). Not much around immediate area but didn’t mind that. Had a burger from their afternoon menu when I arrived and tbh, it was not great. Tasty but the burger (the beef bit!) was tiny which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was excellent, 10/10 for that. Overall, happy with stay and would consider booking again"

"The hotel is set back a little from the main road at the docks but as this was not our first time in Liverpool, and we knew our way around, we were happy with the location. The hotel was lovely and everyone front of house made us feel very welcome. The open plan bathroom was not ideal but, if I were travelling by myself I would definitely stay again."

"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "
