"Myself and my partner stayed for a few days over new years with our friends and absolutely loved the hotel. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were exceptional and the decoration through the hotel was fantastic. "Really enjoyed my stay. Reception staff excellent, gave us a room upgrade on arrival and were generally very helpful. Room was clean and breakfast very nice. Was great to be able to park the car and get the tram into town. Ordered room service for a treat and was left disappointed. Charged £100 for 2 burgers, 2 cokes and a sauce. Fair enough room service is expensive and I probably would have paid it anyway but charges were unclear. Food arrived cold (no closhes used). Burger buns were hard....
