"Good location on outskirts of Birmingham with plenty of free parking. Rooms are tired and are in need of a deep clean and a paint, lighting in rooms is poor and towels need replacing."

"This was an okay stay. The boiler was broken on the day of my visit so there was no heating and I know from experience the oil filled radiators do nothing! Apart form that its a lovely place, good breakfast. Looked a little dated overall. "
