"Front of house experience was excellent and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and had everything that we needed. Was looking forward to breakfast but was let down by slow staff, incorrect order, delayed food coming once we’ve finished. Had to repeat the request so many times, not ideal. Food was adequate and had better at other hotels of a same star. Nice restaurant and view but let down by staff not being on the ball. "
