They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Giza Pyramids. In particular, Ahmed provided excellent service and took great care of the guests. He also organized day trips and drivers.
