"This is one of my fav places in Banff, walkable distance to downtown, nice hotel all round, a bit of an older property, but checks all the boxes, nice continental breakfast, I dream about their homemade granola, great indoor courtyard hot tub, sheltered perfectly front elements! One of h my #1 choices in Banff!!"

"Definitely dated. We were in the main lodge and our room was a step back in time! Not something I find negative it was cozy. Full kitchen with dishes and it was clean. Nice bathroom but paper thin walls. Our heat ran all night and we couldn’t get it to cool off even with turning the ac on in the winter"
