"They are in the process of remodeling this hotel and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and smelled new. The house keeping staff were top notch and the front desk people were willing to help us in any way. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they gave us complementary early check-in because a room was available. The best part about this hotel was the location. There are two tube stops within close walking distance and there are lots of souvenir shops and eating places only two blocks away. "

After a few hiccups at check in, I was approached by Jaya, to address my concerns and she was truly professional. My bar bill was removed and she offered to look after me and my husband when we are due to return at the end of this month. What a difference this made to my experience at the hotel.
