"Lovely old building in the heart of a really lovely picturesque Welsh village. I had a superior double room facing out the front of the facing on tot he little river and park. There is a lively bar next door. It shuts up arounf 10.00-10.30pm though , so there is no night time noise to be worried about at night. Staff at reception were very welcoming and very informative. I passed this place on a trip about a month ago and vowed I would stay there sometime.....that sometime came sooner than I thought. It's a countryside hotel, it suits the locale."

"High standrs of cleanliness in room and ensuite bathroom, both spacious with ample storage for a week long stay if desired. Perfectly cooked to order steak, sides and fresh crisp salad with decent wine list. Dinner and breakfast taken on light covered terrace with great views of the bay, prom, pier and Great Orme. Excellent attentive service."
