"Can’t complain. Reception was quick and straight forward for checking in and out. Room was clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. Beds were comfy, but had better pillows. Overall good night sleep. "

"Very friendly and helpful check-in, clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Very cold when we entered the room but it quickly warmed up. Very convenient place to stay with easy parking once we solved the puzzle of getting to the back of the hotel :) We'll be back. The double room would have been improved with a second chair."

"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. "It was brilliant. Parking was excellent. Welcome was wonderful from Jordan and Dan. The food was fab. My daughter had e allergies and slywia went above and beyond to provide food for her. I would highly recommend. Five minutes walk from the bullring meant it was an ideal location too! (Photo is of personalised egg free milk free child pudding)"

"The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! "
