"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay...
