"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"A wonderful five star hotel with all the services and amenities you would expect. I stayed in a Riverside suite overlooking the river. It was a beautiful setting and I loved the room. Very elegant and spacious. I ate in the cafe and the lobby bar for all meals. The breakfast was excellent. The service in each place, including room service was also excellent. As a single woman traveling this is a safe location to roam the town day or night. I used the pool and the spa to get s massage....
