"Information about free breakfast was not specify only at the club lounge Windows with internal view didn’t give me the opportunity to see the snow but very calm and confortable"

"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!"

"The hotel area didn’t feel safe, there are a couple of constructions happening around that may have contributed to the “sketchy”feeling. The hotel itself is good; clean and comfortable. "

"Everything was excellent except for the evening supper buffet. Two people in charge of the buffet. Since I know about restaurant business, these two were supposed to take care of the buffet and make sure it does not run out of food for the clients. Something they did not do at all. Had to wait at least a half hour for the main dish to come out again. "Overall it was pretty good. Only thing was as a Platinum (Expedia VIP) the breakfast wasnt included which expedia claimed in its terms. However, the staff was great and did offer a late checkout."
