"Great location, staff was lovely and the room was clean and beautiful."

"Stayed here for six days. The room, though not large or grand, had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and a very nice walk-in shower, with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly, but we didn’t interact much as we had no issues. We didn’t try the restaurant, but it looked nice. Location was great and quiet, yet only a very short walk to the Tower Hill tube station."

"Great place! Breakfast buffet was great and shower pressure really good. Being by the water is amazing. The whole family enjoyed it! Gym could imporve as it is underground and no bathroom."

"This is a great location ….. between the attractions and the ability to walks along the Thames and number of nearby restaurants etc I couldn’t ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful especially the concierge who really helped us plan out an entire day of activities. Breakfast was excellent particularly for the minimal cost. The only issue I had was more me then the hotel. The lift was always packed and the wait time was too long. If they had a stairwell inside and readily available I would have walked since I was only on the 1st floor ie 2nd floor in the US…. I still give it 5 stars my impatience is not their fault ! "

"I loved this hotel. If I ever returned to London, will definitely stay here again. The staff were lovely. Very welcoming. I got a separate room for my grandfather, and they were able to accommodate his room next to mind, and even said it was the best room he had stayed at during our entire European trip. The breakfast buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel was within walking distance to multiple locations. Made it very easy! "
