The International Hotel

3.5 star property

"This was my 10th (or more) visit to this hotel just this year. To be honest, I have always chosen this property for its affordable pricing and convenient location for my travel needs. However, I was never particularly impressed by the service, which I found to be below basic standards. To my surprise, things have significantly improved during my recent stay, and for the better. The new reception staff were excellent, showcasing politeness and exceptional service. I regret not catching their...

London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf

5.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1004)
"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "

Point A Hotel - London, Canary Wharf

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1013)
"Karim, Jennifer and Olivia were wonderful. They are all a credit to Point A. Our room was glbigger than expected. I requested a room in a quiet place before we arrived and this was granted before we arrived which put my mind at rest. The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom immaculate. My only gripe was that the pillows were rock hard. Otherwise, perfect for our stay. The location was amazing too. Just a couple of minutes walk from the elizabeth line, and wetherspoons 20 seconds away."

Phoenix Heights By Bridgestreet

4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (58)
"The location worked great for the conference I was attending. It was challenging to pick up the key in a different location than the property I was actually staying at. The Uber driver dropped me off quite a distance from the front desk location and dragging my luggage around was difficult."
