We generally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly across from the stadium and a rugby stadium and so just be aware if there are events taking place. Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! We showed up during a few hot days and so the lack of A/C was a little bothersome but not huge. Our shower wasn’t great (clogged up to overflow within minutes and difficult to control water temperature) but we reported this and they stated it would be addressed.

We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason.

All clean and good
Check in was easy - free parking from 6pm to 8am within 50 metres. Bit noisy, area a little run down, but overall good. Property is comfortable and clean. Has iron, ironing board, wifi, good kitchen facilities, bed comfy and nice white company toiletries

It was well located easy reach from railway station,despite it being in an area with drug users outside. The apartment was well equiped well decorated but could have had better lighting for cooking and in bathroom. Some appliances did not work. It would have been great to have somewhere to leave luggage. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean, quiet and very well appointed. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay was provided, including toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. Town centre is minutes away as is Cardiff Castle and the water taxis down to Cardiff Bay. Loved the view of the river.

Lovely stay!
Had a really lovely stay in the apartment! Originally was supposed to stay in the other ones on the Fitzhamon embankment but got moved up the road- which was lovely! Really clean, nicely decorated, and super comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice flat well looked after. Little things need fixing but it didn’t effect our stay. The WiFi only available in the back bedroom and nowhere else this needs improving.

We loved the spaciousness, also how well equipped the kitchen and bathroom were. The view was nice. It was relatively quiet. It's very centrally located. Perhaps above all was the service. The staff were extremely prompt in answering our queries about a few things. THe wifi would not work on one of our sets of devices. We simply could not connect, so had to use my personal hotspot for my partner's connection. There was one spot in the kitchen that was not properly cleaned. But the staff were on it immediately and will no doubt prevent it from happenig again.
