"This is a London gem of a hotel. My wife and I felt like royalty immediately upon arrival. The desk agent had our bags delivered to our room and personally escorted us to our accommodations. The room was magnificent, beautifully appointed with a balcony and nice views of Chelsea. The included continental breakfast was very nice in a wonderfully decorated dining space. This hotel is very conveniently located close to Sloane Square, King’s Road, South Kensington, shopping and dining options. The service was excellent and professional. "

"The staff are the best part! Beautiful boutique hotel that feels like a 5-Star hotel. The staff treat you like royalty. Only thing I’d recommend to change is the address is 26 CADOGAN GARDENS as it’s not 11 CADOGAN GARDENS. This is a building about 600 feet away and was super confusing for uber and drop offs. Thanks Chelsea Townhouses, we will be back!"
